Customer or Third-Party Actions:

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Work performed by other contractors or service providers

Third-Party Equipment & Services:

  • Internet provider outages

  • Starlink or ISP service interruptions

  • Manufacturer hardware defects

  • Customer-supplied equipment failures

  • Software or firmware issues outside our control

  • Third-party app functionality

Normal Conditions:

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Normal aging

  • Environmental exposure

  • Routine maintenance

  • Performance limitations caused by internet providers

5. Manufacturer Warranties

Products and equipment installed by Actual Internet LLC may also be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and limitations.
Actual Internet LLC does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval or replacement timelines.

  • Specific internet speeds

  • Continuous uptime

  • Wi-Fi coverage in every location

  • Signal performance affected by building materials, interference, weather, or provider limitations

Internet and wireless performance may vary depending on many external factors.
